1. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of The Highwood, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

• Entry Period: The contest begins on September 8, 2025 and ends on February 9, 2026 at 8:00 PM EST.

• To enter, participants must:

  1. Take a photo inside The Highwood.

  2. Post the photo on Instagram, tagging @the_highwood.

  3. Include the hashtag #RideHighwood in the caption.

• Each valid post constitutes one entry into the contest.

• Entries that do not include both the tag and hashtag, or are not publicly visible due to privacy settings, will not be considered valid.

3. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Harley Davidson Nightster Motorcycle (model and color may vary depending on availability).

• Approximate retail value: $15,499.

• No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at The Highwood’s discretion.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced live at The Highwood on Super Bowl Sunday, February 9, 2026, and notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours.

• The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Conditions of Participation

• By entering, participants grant The Highwood permission to use their submitted photos, names, and likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• The Highwood reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

• The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, and any additional costs associated with the prize.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Highwood is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to Instagram outages or errors.

  • Unauthorized human intervention in the contest.

  • Entries not received due to technical issues or privacy settings.

• By entering, participants release The Highwood, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

7. Governing Law

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
